I don't give advice.I ask questions.
What a coaching conversation with me is, and what it is not. No slides, no worksheets, no diagnosis. A conversation with unusual amounts of silence in it.
What sitting with me is like
You talk.
About the thing you came with, or the thing underneath it. Most people discover those are two different things within the first twenty minutes.
I ask.
Small questions, mostly. The kind that feel obvious after they land and impossible before. Then I wait, longer than feels polite.
You hear yourself.
The answer was usually yours all along. My job is to give it back to you in your own voice, so you cannot un-hear it.
What I will not promise you
- A guaranteed outcome. No honest coach promises promotions, transformations or timelines. What happens in the room belongs to you.
- A method with your name pre-filled.There is no template. I build every conversation around the person actually sitting in front of me.
- That anyone will ever know what you said. What you say in the room stays in the room. The stories I share publicly carry no names and no identifying details. Ever.
My coaching engagements run through Mumkin, the practice I co-founded in 2018.
Tell me what is sitting with you.
Write a few lines. It does not have to be tidy. There is no pressure to continue past the first conversation, and nothing to prepare.
